Looks like Al Gore won't be joining Team Obama. A spokesperson says, he "does not intend to seek or accept any formal position in government."

The guessing game sucks. Let's play Hungry Hungry Hippos!
What about informal positions? Would he be willing to join the staff if they didn't make him wear a tie?
Added Gore: "If Obama wants my advice he can climb the mountain, cross the suspension bridge, and answer the riddles three like everybody else."
He did say he would appear in Obama's dreams to dispense advice, coming to him in the form of a mystical tiger, burning bright. Or he'd call.
"Does not intend" -- classic non-denial language.
Al Gore almost makes me wish we had a House of Lords. He's exactly the kind of person you'd put in an appointed, mostly powerless upper chamber of parliament.
Obama, texting: "hey gore. where r u?"
Gore: "n forests of the night. u?"
Obama: "oval office. I h8 climate change. can u help?"
Gore: "sorry, buddy. have to polish my oscar. l8r"
Good riddance.
Or he'll appear in the form of a head-in-a-jar, a la "Futurama."
Why would Gore take a government job when he's figured out how to make $20 million a year off his "Global Warming" scam?
