everyone needs to get the polls and vote in her honor, regardless of who you vote for. she did her part in raising this man who is a gift that we all will benefit from. she epitomized what it is to live American-style

There are photos that come to symbolize a point in time that had great significance (the soldier/nurse victory kiss at time square; the 1970 Kent State shooting).  I hope this becomes one of them.

Such a shame she will not be able to see her grandson achieve heights few ever ascend to.  At least he was able to visit her briefly before she died.

I wish that Mrs. Dunham had gotten to see her grandson take the oath of office, and her great-grandchildren laughing and chasing their dog through the White House.  She deserved that.
