John McCain, whose signature trait used to be his willingness to talk to reporters anywhere, anytime, no longer spends much time with the press. He has, however, just announced a media availability, his first in a while I believe... for 5:20 pm Eastern Time tomorrow, a Friday afternoon in August. Not exactly designed for high impact.
