ISC is a public corp. NASCAR is a family deal, owned by very conservative southerners..(biting tongue on many other comments, like the lack of african americans in NASCAR, and the way Juan Pablo Montoya has been treated by many of the fans, I'm thinking re-education camps..ouch, there goes my tongue))

What the hell does a lack of black fans have to do with banning stumping politicians? Golf, tennis, soccer, and even baseball have a dearth of black fans too. So what?
where you from? been to a Yankees game? been to a socccer match in Queens? No, I thought not.
Lack of african americans, but full of other "blacks".
And last I checked, you dont see confederate do-rags and flags at the PGA or the US Open.
It looks like Obama has found a way around that NASCAR ban on presidential campaigning at the track that
