Ed Rendell, Straight-Talker, Cont.'d

On the heels of trashing Obama's chances of winning white voters, Hillary's most off-message supporter had this to say in today's New York Times:

“It sure didn’t look like they had a game plan after Super Tuesday,” Mr. Rendell said in an interview on Wednesday. “What I would have done, knowing the line-up, I would’ve picked one or two states to make an all-out effort, whether Maine or Washington State or you name it, to really try to stop the Obama momentum.”

Priceless.

A politician who says what he's really thinking? I'd say PA is pretty lucky.

Well, he doesn't know what he's talking about, and it doesn't stop him. The fact that he proposed her making an all-out effort in Washington State tells us this. Washington State has been heavily for Obama for months, according to the polls, anyway. If she had put all her eggs in this basket they would have fallen right through and smashed. The Clinton people must want to wring his neck.
