$32 Million

What can you say about Obama's ridiculous fundraising haul for January other than, you know, Joe Trippi was right: It's not actually that hard to raise tens of millions of dollars when you have hundreds of thousands of ordinary people sending you money. Getting those hundreds of thousands of people involved, on the other hand...

You mean hundreds of thousands of Obamabots brainwashed by the national media into sending their money to this unknown, untested, fairytale-spinning, criminal-associated Chicago politician?

They're merely voters, you know.

Will Terry MacAuliffe be able to find enough $2,300 donors for Clinton to keep up?  I doubt it.

Hey huntlib - would you have called those who supported Kennedy Kennedy-bots?  Why not just go for "anyonewhodisagreeswithme-bots?"  The only fairytale here is being spun by you.

As a Republican, I'm not sure which is the weaker opponent: a career criminal in Clinton or a totally untested great black hope in Osama.

Fyi, Rasmussen has Clinton up by a mere 3 points in California, from phone calls *after* she had won Florida.

Y'all gonna be staying up late next Tuesday, seems like.

TNR: re virginiacentrist's pledge, don't do it!

If he joins 32 million times, can you imagine the sock puppets?

virginiacentrist: "McCain's plan to reorg the CIA is a nonstarter."

VAmiddleguy: "Correct as usual, virginiacentrist. McCain is overreaching here."

virginiaisforlovers: "Allow me to agree with your insightful analysis, VAmiddleguy.  The CIA has too many friends on Capitol Hill."

etc.

drdan: "I wish I could write like you."

neil: "Bravo, Mr. Yard. Well said."

adamvaught: "I wish I got as much praise as you, even though you deserve it."

How do you think Borat-Gate will effect the race?

VAcentrist: I've gotta agree with the comment in some other thread that the hyphen is getting in the way.  They might go for "Boratgate," but with the hyphen you're not going to get anyone in on it, aside from Keith Olbermann, maybe.

Or perhaps they're reluctant to go with the name after Sasha Baron Cohen retired the character?

As to the putative subject of the thread, $32M is a pretty chunk of coin, but I would be curious as to how much of it the campaign has already spent...
