Irony Shot Dead; McCain Leading Suspect

So now, in addition to putting himself forward as the candidate who never changes his positions for political reasons, John McCain is promising to balance the budget? Is this some kind of dada humor? Is Barack Obama planning to run on his military record?

Right now it's kind of impossible to refer to this post and chart, as there is no indication of who made the chart, what data it's based on, etc.
